This is the question i asked myself as i looked in the mirror again to see a body that was starting to look less like a cough potato up top but looked like i had not moved my legs in years. My wife and partner in everything in life was the same way and we were quick to blame out office bound lives.
However we were not the sort to give up that easily and though our quest for a better bum was tough and frustrating and often yielded little results apart from disappointment after a time we turned to the great oracle Google for more information just on how to shape out bums so we could wear what we really wanted rather than pants that looked like parachutes!
As you probably realize trying to find information on the net can be like searching for a something in a library with all the book chucked on the floor. We learned a lot about various exercises which was important but little about the real reason we were left with flabby behinds.
That is until we found a really cool guide that laid this out for use in a no-nonsense step-by-step way. I am convinced the only way to get decent information on the net is to find full book like guides because everything else is so fragmented ... saved me a lot of time and guess what ... it changed our bodies in just a few weeks and further down the track people could hardly recognize us.
That is a great feeling, we feel sexier, look sexier and have become closer as we worked out together.
What i want to achieve with this blog is to let people know about the great guide we found but also rather than just throw information up on the blog to find the questions people are asking about that beautiful part of the body the bum and answer them.
